3. Color Sort Shelf (V1.0) — summary

Color Sort Shelf is a wooden-shelf color-sorting puzzle. For Google Play Data safety and this policy, version 1.0.0 is:

  • No personal data collected by SUGAR MOON SANDWICH LLC through the app
  • No account or sign-in
  • No cloud sync
  • No advertising and no advertising SDKs
  • No third-party analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs
  • No real-money in-app purchases
  • Play data stays on the device only

In-game coins and boosters (Undo, Extra shelf, Hint) are earned from play and local goals. They have no cash value. This page does not describe Android permission manifests.

5. Information we do not collect through the App (V1.0)

Through Color Sort Shelf 1.0.0 we do not:

  • Require an account
  • Collect or upload your game progress to SUGAR MOON SANDWICH LLC servers
  • Sell personal information
  • Share app play data with advertisers or data brokers
  • Use advertising networks or ad SDKs
  • Use third-party analytics, attribution, or tracking SDKs
  • Offer gambling or cash rewards
  • Access contacts, precise location, camera, or microphone for gameplay

6. Local features

Sound and haptics. Optional. You can turn them off in Settings. Haptics may use the device vibration capability.

Play data. Core shelves, daily shelf, and save files are used on the device. V1.0 does not send your progress to SUGAR MOON SANDWICH LLC.

If a later version adds accounts, cloud sync, ads, analytics, or real-money purchases, we will update this page and the store disclosure before that change takes effect.

7. This website

When you email or call us, we process information needed to reply (email address, phone number, and message content).

This website does not embed third-party advertising or analytics scripts or pixels. Privacy text does not claim unused app SDKs.

Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address and browser data when those files are requested. See Google’s privacy policy.

Essential technical cookies required by hosting may be used. Hosting server logs may record IP addresses and request metadata. Non-essential tracking is not enabled.

9. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share Color Sort Shelf play data with third parties because V1.0 does not upload it to us.

We may disclose website or email information when required by law, or to protect the company, users, or others.

If you use your device’s system backup, the operating-system provider may copy local app data under that provider’s rules. That is not an upload we start.

10. Retention

App local data stays on your device until you clear it or uninstall. Email and call records are kept only as long as needed for the inquiry and legal obligations.

11. Your choices

Email tesgereda@sugarmoonsandwich.shop to request access to or correction or deletion of information we hold (for example, a message you sent). Where applicable law provides further rights, we will respond to a verified request as required.

Local Color Sort Shelf data must be cleared on the device. We cannot delete a local save we never received.

12. Children

This website and Color Sort Shelf are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us such information by email, write to us and we will delete it.

V1.0 keeps play data on the device. Protect the device with a screen lock. No method of storage or email is completely secure.
